Experimentation at HBO Max
Designed A/B tests to iterate upon and optimize HBOMax.com as well as the HBO Max apps. Use data to drive design decisions. Winning test designs: redesign of the plan picker, redesign of the HBOMax.com homepage

Limited Free Experience
Designed the limited free experience, which gives non-subscribers the ability to watch content for free in the HBO Max apps. Designed the right moments to promote sign up & authentication.

HBO Max with Ads
Designed HBO Max’s capability to support multiple sku’s. Created a plan picker in app, updated settings and created user flows to allow seamless plan switching.

FIFA World Cup Highlight Machine
Created a unique video viewing experience that allowed fans to curate their own highlight reels in real time. Worked as a visual & user experience designer on the project with Fox Sports while at IBM. Fox Sports won a Sports Emmy for Outstanding Media Coverage for the World Cup that included The Highlight Machine.
